Very friendly, super clean, fantastic decor, very high standard, bed was lovely and comfy, fab pillows! The hot tub was great, easy to book your slot/s, if like us it was a great start and end to a day. The hubby found the sauna to be an added bonus!! Fantastic seating areas by the river, very soothing to listen to the water rushing by, there is a lovely little summer house outside too, we would love to visit again in the summer. The biggest healthiest chickens in the front garden, don't forget to take them some grapes! Super breakfasts, and the smoothies were delicious, all in all not a bad thing to say about this fantastic little guest house!!

Such great location, really quiet, beautiful room with everything we needed, lovely homemade shortbread biscuits, great breakfast and Jo so nice and welcoming. Perfect place to stay after or before ferry crossing and will stay there any time we travel.

Situated in Gatehouse of Fleet, Woodlyn Guest House offers accommodation with free WiFi and flat-screen TV, as well as a tennis court and golf courses situated within easy walking distance. Beautifully renovated manse, excellent facilities in centre of village, magnificent breakfasts, personable owners justifiably proud of what they have achieved.

Christine was so helpful and willing to give us suggestions on our travel route as well as recommendations for a dinner venue.
