Situated just 16 km from San Juan Church, Alojamiento El Miajon de los Castúos provides accommodation in Valdesalor with access to a garden, a bar, as well as a shared kitchen. It had a great community feel, a hostel/ ground floor apartment, a shop, a cause bar, both open lo g hours. The town itself had a central bar that was also great with a community feel.

Everything was perfect. Great location, comfortable room, even complementary hygiene products and wine in the room and access to a pool. Great air conditioning.

Casa Ruy Lopez is located in the centre of Zafra and next to its main square. It has a restaurant, free WiFi and a terrace. Each room at Casa Ruy Lopez has attractive traditional décor. This hotel is a gem and we're only sorry that we couldn't stay longer. The room we stayed in had so many delightful touches, a really comfortable bed and great shower in bathroom. We would be happily stay again if we were in the area.

The room was clean, modern and spacious. The lady who greeted me was very helpful. I recommend this place to stay in Badajoz!

A recently renovated property, Olivae Hostal Boutique is located in Cáceres near San Juan Church, Santa María Church-Procathedral and Plaza Mayor Caceres. Room and building were recently refurbished. Tastefully furnished and comfortable. Electrical kettle was a bonus. Could do with another suitcase rack. Room was spacious. Very close to old city walls and best preserved old city we have seen so far in Europe. Unfortunately only one night here, more to see but not enough time. Building has a lift.

Featuring a shared lounge and views of mountain, ANJ Alojamientos is a recently renovated guest house located in Guadalupe, 100 metres from Royal Monastery of Santa Maria de Guadalupe. Great accommodation right in the centre of town. Excellent communication with host.

Situated 44 km from Parque Natural de Monfragüe, La pension del Parador features rooms with air conditioning in Galisteo. This is a hidden gem. It is so well decorated and the owner is really friendly. In the morning you can go to the neighbour backery to buy some fresh bread for breakfast.
