Alojamiento El Miajon de los Castúos ligger i Valdesalor, blot 16 km fra San Juan-kirken, og tilbyder indkvartering med adgang til have, bar og fælles køkken. It had a great community feel, a hostel/ ground floor apartment, a shop, a cause bar, both open lo g hours. The town itself had a central bar that was also great with a community feel.

This rural guest house is located in the village of Guadalupe, only 25 metres from the main square. It features free WiFi and air-conditioned rooms. Hostal Alba Tarura offers rooms with simple décor. Everything was exceptional! We just wished to stay longer. The room offered so many amenities! We had toothbrushes, parfum, pads, a come, a razor, and many other things, it was really amazing! We arrived very late and the codes worked perfectly, plus the staff was super friendly by helping us on the phone. Visit Guadalupe, it truthfully is worth the trip!

After a long rainy drive from Lisbon we arrived at this quiet (even during the Carnaval weekend) and perfectly located hotel (within a 5 minute walk you’re in the main plaza). The small hotel does not have parking but we easily parked nearby. We had a warm welcome by the nice girl at reception desk who was very helpful providing us with a map and hints and tips on where to go. Our room was number six, with a balcony overlooking the small street. The room just like all the hotel spaces was extremely clean, spacious and equipped with AC. Throughout Casa Ruy Lopez the attention to detail goes above and beyond the decoration (that we loved): there are complimentary small water bottles at room temperature and in mini fridges in common areas or if you prefer you can make different types of tea (there’s an electrical kettle), or you can have water with lemon. Breakfast was very good, a large variety of products including homemade cakes and jams, and the nice and helpful staff always asks if you’d also like toast or anything else. The location is perfect making it a great base for exploring the area (don’t miss Mina de la Jayona, Virgen del Ara and the roman ruins of Regina Turdulorum if you can). The small entrance of Casa Ruy Lopez is only a clue for what it hides inside: a delightful place to stay. Would certainly return and recommend it!

Everything was new and the bed was very comfortable 😌 Situated in a small village, there was atmosphere everywhere when the locals came out for drinks and meals. Great value. Absolutely recommend Hostal Leon for any future travellers, it's worth the trip.

We loved this place for the greenery and the shaded patio areas especially in this high temperature heat! The staff are very attentive and helpful! MariCarmen is very sweet and Jose very knowledgeable. The restaurant is just a delight to have a beautiful comida or cena or just to hand out with tapas. Their breakfast is very fulfilling. They have a pool that ideal to cool down in this dreaded heat. Really enjoyed this place.

La pension del Parador ligger i Galisteo, 28,4 km fra Parque Natural de Monfragüe, og tilbyder værelser med aircondition. An immaculately clean hostel, the owner keeps everything perfect. It's beautifully decorated like a 5 star Casa Rural. Good shower, comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. The owner was very welcoming and left filter coffee and milk, a kind gesture. We would highly recommend it..
