It was such a good experience! I really loved the place and Denise was amazing, such a lovely person with a good heart. I will definitely come back to that place later on!

Situated in the suburb of Melville in Johannesburg, Lucky Bean Guesthouse features a lush garden and an outdoor pool. The guest house is 1 km from the Country Club. Absolutely everything. The property is simply gorgeous, staff is super nice and helpful, location is perfect and breakfast is super good. Moreover, Conway is always there to look after his guests and to provide the best advice and recommendations. Will definitely repeat.

It’s very cozy and very much moves up to the title of “guesthouse”. The hosts are amazing and very accommodating.

I stayed for a month here and I loved it so much I didn’t want to leave! Laura and Walter were so kind and so helpful, and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The cottage has everything that is needed for both a short and a longer stay. The property has the most amazing view over the Melville Koppies reserve and it is so private, peaceful and quiet; and I never felt unsafe at all. Just around the corner you have Melville which has plenty of restaurants and cafes, and not too far down the road you have a supermarket, so it was very convenient. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

It had everything we needed. Location was great and convenient with many eateries round the corner. The host was friendly and prompt. We felt very safe. We fortunately were there on a Sunday morning and had a lovely time at the flea market opposite the house.

With a garden, 84 on Fourth is located in the cultural heart of Melville in Johannesburg. It offers free WiFi access in all areas. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I loved the outside area, so peaceful.
