Riu Plaza Chicago is attractively situated in the centre of Chicago, and features a fitness centre, free WiFi and a bar. Hotellet i sin helhet var utrolig bra i forhold til både standard, størrelse på rommet, renhold og hyggelig personale. Frokosten var bra, med godt utvalg. Egg, bacon, stekte og ferske grønnsaker, pannekake, frukt, koldtbord, frokostblandinger og diverse wienerbrød og andre bakevarer.

A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. We liked everything. Even though it took them a few minutes to locate our reservation for che- in due to mistake in the last name the staff member went out of his way to apologize and provided extra water bottles. Room was perfect and so was location and service.

Very convenient taxi/uber drop off and pickup location.
