The proximity to everything and the staff were great (massive wrap to the night security team they were great and very friendly). The beer option place was something I haven’t seen but fun and full of local beer

Just 1 mile away from the shopping, dining and entertainment on Michigan Avenue’s Magnificent Mile, this Chicago hotel is located in downtown West Loop neighborhood and features a fitness centre and... Location of the hotel is very good and not far from the Clinton station. Area felt generally safe with enough restaurants and people about for an evening checkin. The hotel staff were very friendly, informative and helpful. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Room with a view of the city was very nice - the large window wall was a little scary but offered a great view of the thunderstroms rolling in over the city at night. Bathroom was clean, comfortable, well stocked. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary and good with a selction of hot items. The seating area is spacious allowing for people to spread out. Would stay here again.

Hotel Chicago West Loop is located in the middle of the UIC Medical District, only 600 metres from the United Center. Really good value, perfect location and the staff were all so lovely! It was great having a coffee machine, fridge and microwave in the room with travelling on a budget!
