We had issues with our German Credit Card and had to pay full stay in cash. But on our arrival day before, the team wasn't really sure how to proceed as they are only used to take Credit Cards.

Hotel ten usytuowany jest w pobliżu hali sportowej United Center, w której swoje mecze rozgrywa drużyna koszykówki Chicago Bulls. Obiekt oferuje również łatwy dostęp do atrakcji w centrum miasta. Location was the best! A lot of good restos around the area. Safe to walk the streets. They were so nice to prepare bananas and some protein bars for the Chicago Marathon runners. Staff were also very accommodating. Bed was good, room was clean.

The heated floors were an amazing bonus. It was a great location in regards to attending an event at United Centre and was close to bus lines and essentials.
