This all-suites hotel is located in the city’s West Loop neighborhood in downtown Chicago and offers free hot breakfast and free WiFi. Everyting was very good, as we already knew. This is our reason to come back here, when we visit Chicago for a few days.

Amazing 5 star service especially from the Front Office Manager (sorry forgot his name, wears glasses and was on duty on 08.08 morning). Huge thanks! Loved the bar too! We had issues with our German Credit Card and had to pay full stay in cash. But on our arrival day before, the team wasn't really sure how to proceed as they are only used to take Credit Cards.

Moments from the United Center, home to the Chicago Bulls, this hotel offers easy access to city centre attractions along with on-site dining, comfortable guestrooms and a 24-hour fitness centre. Location was the best! A lot of good restos around the area. Safe to walk the streets. They were so nice to prepare bananas and some protein bars for the Chicago Marathon runners. Staff were also very accommodating. Bed was good, room was clean.

The couches were so comfy and also the beds. The heated floors were an amazing bonus. It was a great location in regards to attending an event at United Centre and was close to bus lines and essentials.
