The location is amazing, in a hip neighbourhood full of restaurants, 15 mins L train ride from the centre. Everything about the hotel is amazing. Roof top and restaurant is top notch. The bed is extremely comfortable. The staff was lovely. We liked every minute of it and definitely will be back.

This all-suites hotel is located in the city’s West Loop neighborhood in downtown Chicago and offers free hot breakfast and free WiFi. Excellent location, everything was neat and welcoming. Loved how warm the employees (Anette and Beto) were during breakfast which was tasty and decently varied (scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, bakery, yoghurt, oatmeal, juices, coffee and tea). I could receive packages from online purchases with no hassle even if away for the day. Kitchenette was super conveniente for homey fast meals. Public transportation is super close and accesible. Drip coffee available all day long. Free laundry self service was super useful during my week long stay.

Hotel Chicago West Loop is located in the middle of the UIC Medical District, only 600 metres from the United Center. The Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. We stayed in a queen room and it was small but it was fine for the 2 of us and our visit was for over night only. The bathroom shower was a plus! It was a shower only so that was nice not have to step over the tub
