I honestly think this is the hotel with the best price/quality ratio in the zone. All their workers were extremely helpful and helped us in every thing we needed. The price is way better than any other hotels around, the rooftop is amazing, everything is brand new since the hotel was built from scratch and opened in Summer 2024, rooms were always clean and beds so comfortable. THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZING, so big and so many variety. Also the location is perfect, just half block from Magnificent Mile and a mile away from The Bean, Art Institute, Grant Park, a mile away from the Lakefront trail, less than 2 miles away from Navy Pier. A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. Amazing gym, pool and the room was super nice. Bed was also very comfortable.

Boasting an outdoor pool in the heart of downtown Chicago, this hotel is located within 5 minutes’ walk of the famous Magnificent Mile. The room was always clean and they have a magnificent check in process (very fast). The location of the hotel it is wonderful it's near to the main thing to do in Chicago.

Location was perfect for exploring central Chicago on foot. Close to tours and sightseeing. Concierge was very helpful with maps and information when we first arrived.

Less than 2 blocks away from Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, this hotel offers convenience and comfort in the heart of the city. Navy Pier and Oak Street Beach are just 10 minutes’ walk away. The space was perfect. The king room had a fantastic bed with quality linen. White towels. Great shower. Clean. High standard. We loved the breakfast spread. More variety than we expected. Even real orange juice. Wow.
