Riu Plaza Chicago is attractively situated in the centre of Chicago, and features a fitness centre, free WiFi and a bar. The staff is incredible. We love everything. The breakfast and the rooftop are the highlights. Great location!

A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. This is a wonderful hotel! The room and the entire property are spotlessly clean, well designed and the lobby was so welcoming. In fact, it was the first hotel that made me want to spend time just sitting by the fireplace. We had the opportunity to eat at ETA (the hotel restaurant) for dinner and breakfast a few times and the food was excellent. Finally, the staff, with the exception of one team member was very kind, helpful and friendly.
