A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. We liked everything. Even though it took them a few minutes to locate our reservation for che- in due to mistake in the last name the staff member went out of his way to apologize and provided extra water bottles. Room was perfect and so was location and service.

Quick check-in, friendly and knowledgeable front desk team provided all required info. Beautiful and clean hotel overall. Room was quite pretty and spacious, and the view! Needed a fridge, asked for it, got it within 15 minutes. Bed was very comfortable. No issues at all, excellent service. And the view!

Berlokasi di tengah-tengah kawasan hiburan dan perbelanjaan yang mewah di Magnificent Mile, Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel menempati salah satu bangunan landmark kota yang bersejarah, menawarkan... The Knickerbocker is a beautiful hotel and was so clean! My bed was so comfortable and the location was so safe. I would have extended my stay if I hadn’t had to get back to my real life. Amazing establishment!
