Our room was upgraded free of charge and even a large bag of gifts received on arrival! I used the facilities daily, the gym,pool and steam room it was never crowded. Located in Chiang Mai, Puripunn Hideaway is a 20-minute drive from Chiang Mai International Airport. The hotel features a spa, cafe and rooms with free WiFi. I never gave a perfect review before but Purripunn Hideaway truly deserves it and I'm really enthusiastic about it. The place is very quiet but close enough to go to the old city walking, the breakfast is great, with daily variations in the buffet, the pool is perfect and the warm jacuzzi has the perfect temperature. The whole house is in old style, with wooden floors, tiles, and you can feel how everything is at the right place. However, what made my stay really outstanding is the staff. Present, attentive to details, pleasant, discreet, and smiling in the purest Thai tradition.
