The staff were extremely helpful especially Leon, he helped us with everything we needed such as booking a tour, a motorbike, basically anything.

The location is perfect! We had amazing views of the fireworks, lanterns, night market for our stay during New Year's. The room is spotless and very big for a family of 4. The staff was super helpful in arranging transportation to/from the airport. Had coffee pods for us for the morning, robes to use and very comfy beds. I would love to stay here again!

The staff is very polite, the hotel room is cleaned up very well every day. The room is fancy and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast was also perfect.

Friendly staff and exceptionally accommodating to our travel times. Cute little coffee shop downstairs.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, hotel was well looked after, room was stylish and comfortable and we loved using the pool almost every night. We originally booked for 3 nights but we extended another 3 as we loved it so much there.
