El Ban Chang Tong està situat al costat de la famosa Thapae Road de Chiang Mai i ofereix una piscina exterior, un bar restaurant i WiFi gratuïta a totes les zones. This hotel was just amazing. I can totally see why people stay there more than once (met a traveler while there, and it was his 3rd time there). The hotel is located in central Chiang Mai, but none of the noise from traffic reaches the inside of the hotel. It is like a perfectly peaceful oasis in the middle of the city. Room was great, loved the bathroom. Used this area on the second floor a lot - there is an area with couches, chairs, carpet etc, which has a big opening to the palm trees outside. This was a perfect area to just sit, listen to the birds singing and taking in the zen vibes of the city itself. Overall amazing experience with the city and this hotel of course.
