They were all polite, kind, and knowledgeable about local places and activities that could be recommended to their guests. The hotel entrance is big enough to welcome all travellers when checking in simultaneously. The fitness and swimming pool are of excellent quality. I will definitely take my family to this hotel again in the near future.

The house is completely new, very well thought through constructed with a lot of love so that it’s extremely comfortable for guests - the rooms and the facilities like the pool and bar on the rooftop. The owner and the staff are very nice and helpful people.

Restorani, välisbasseini, spordikeskuse ja baariga The Empress Premier Chiang Mai asub Chiang Mais. This was one of the, if not the best hotels I've ever stayed in. And I've stayed in a lot of places mostly for business trips. The service level was just so good and the hotel was beautiful. We got an upgrade and had an amazing view. Everything in the room was perfect. They even had some vegan options for breakfast and mentioned it to the chefs when we got there - nothing fancy but it was nice to have a decent breakfast to start the day. Everything ran really smoothly during our stay and we also got a free shuttle back to the airport. The pool was also nice and the fitness center was the best hotel fitness center I've experienced with good machines and it was clean and inviting.

If you want a quiet place with a great host, look no further than De Rose Hotel. Noy was very welcoming and advised us great places to visit. The hotel is a little outside of Chiang Mai central as we wanted a quiet place. Most of the activities send vans for pickup at the hotel so transport to and from the different activities is not an issue. The neighborhood has a market, laundry services and a small leisure area just down the street.

If I had to give a prize for the most aesthetically beautiful place I have ever stayed in, this would be the winner by a mile. Every nook and corner was so artfully decorated, everything was a joy to look at. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and to provide us with vegan breakfast. Unlimited fruit, milk, nuts and coffee 24X7, whoa, I don't recollect any other place that offers this. Just a very happy vibe about everyone and everything out there.
