The hotel is gorgeous. The location is perfect, near markets, shops, laundrys, but far from noises and confusion. The breakfast is superb and the kids club is amazing (lots of games, toys, amenities and very very clean). The is beautiful and the kids pool is so much fun. Room service super fast and delicious.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Great location too - a little bit away from the center so it's much quieter but just a short walk away from all the action. There was also a cafe downstairs by the pool which was perfect for morning coffee.

The breakfast was amazing, full continental buffet, plus hot eggs etc available and then also 3 options of thai breakfast dishes too. The room was really clean and amazing, the staff are lovely and very helpful, the complex is very leafy and peaceful and in an amazing location. We couldn´t recommend it more.

The house is completely new, very well thought through constructed with a lot of love so that it’s extremely comfortable for guests - the rooms and the facilities like the pool and bar on the rooftop. The owner and the staff are very nice and helpful people.

Situated in Chiang Mai, 5.5 km from Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport, DE ROSE Hotel Chiang Mai features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Noy is very nice and helpful. She prepare mango sticky rice for each of us upon arrival and introduce places to visit. My daughter woke up very late and she missed the breakfast time. Not especially prepare a set of to-go omelette for her. We will miss her mango sticky rice!

This hotel is full of history and the staff is AMAZING! Overall, one of my favorite hotels out of all of my trips. The hotel is in a good location and often times you are able to get a free ride from the hotel to nearby attractions like the night bazar. We requested rooms that were close together and were given rooms that were adjoining which was great. The amenities were great as well. The breakfast was delicious and something we got each morning before starting our day. The hotel bar also had great cocktails. While there, we booked spa services although we recommend planning ahead as reservations do fill up. While traveling with family, I would feel safe staying there alone as a female as there is 24/7 security.
