The staff went out of their way to arrange something special for our honeymoon: Upon arrival we were totally caught off guard by a very wonderful flower arrangement, and 2 swans made out of towels, on the bed. So great!! The rooms are great too, and the staff was always very helpful! I can definitely recommend this hotel. It's been by far the best hotel on our trip so far.

Great location at the edge of the old city, 10 minute walk from Sunday Walking Street. Nice pool, clean rooms, excellent ac, nice toiletries. Couldn't have been better. Breakfast is outstanding...sourdough, bacon, yum Staff are super helpful. Excellent English, helpful, provided good advice and when stored our lost luggage for 2 weeks when it was delivered from the airport after we'd left for the loop.

Well set in Chiang Mai, Eleven Pillar Site Chiangmai provides air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a restaurant. We loved this place! We stayed for 6 nights - a very convenient yet very quiet location. Breakfast (if it’s part of your booking) is excellent. The room was perfect with nice outdoor shady space. Free snacks and drinks in the room was a lovely touch. The owner was very pleasant, friendly and helped us when we first arrived with a rucksack that had been left in a taxi from the airport - within 30 mins we had it delivered to us while dinking an excellent cup of coffee in the coffee bar.
