We stayed here mostly for the location, but found this to be one of the best, if not the best, hotels we have ever stayed. We appreciate the sustainability efforts made all round the hotel, from the water stations on each floor to the almost elimination of plastics. The design of the rooms and pool, although compact, are thoughtful with the emphasis on practicality. The staff are an energetic, motivated young crew who make you welcome and included, nothing appears to be too much effort. Breakfasts are provided and are equal in quality to any restaurant in the city. A credit to the in house chef, no wonder she is so proud of the spread each morning. Fruit, water and coffee and teas are available all day in the foyer, another reason to engage with the staff.

Our stay was amazing - hotel is beautiful, well maintained, breakfast was good, service great. They even go to the extra mile by upgrading our room and by providing nice appreciation for our honeymoon. Love the attention to details, for example they had mosquito repellent in the room already.

Breakfast was great. Fantastic value for money. To top it all off the hotel has a gorgeous kitten. We stayed for a week and were very sad to leave. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Conveniently set in the centre of Chiang Mai, NANEE Phra Singh - Adults Only offers 3-star accommodation close to Wat Phra Singh and Three Kings Monument. The staff went above and beyond to improve our experience, they gave us an upgrade and even offered us to choose something different for breakfast. They also prepared early breakfast for us because we had an early flight. The room was comfortable, good blackouts, good bed, no noise at all in the room, there is a massage bathtub and a private pool on the room, both were incredible, considering the hot weather. There is free bottled water in the reception, with some other bites/coffee. Breakfast is more on the Thai side with few western options but enough for us, such as eggs, fruits, bread/croissant and etc. The location is perfect, we did everything walking and all the tours picked us up there.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. We arrived at 11am supposedly just to drop our bags but they already allowed us to check in. The room was clean, spacious, and cold. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Internet is perfect for digital nomads since it was consistently at 300mbps+ during our weeklong stay. The best part is that snacks, water, and soda were free in the lobby. You can just grab whatever you need. Breakfast selection was a bit small but just enough, they usually have bread, sausages, eggs, sticky rice, a couple of Thai dishes, fruits, and salad.

Loved this place, great location and hotel for price. Hidden on a side alley, great to be away from the Main Street. Location meant we could walk everywhere, some amazing historic places down the road. The pool was so refreshing. Very clean hotel and very relaxed. Would stay here again.
