The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is near the old town and located beside a main street but it’s like an oasis once you walk in. Very quiet and nice. The swimming pool is great and fruits are provided at the pool side during happy hour (2pm~4pm everyday) And the breakfast definitely cannot be missed! Variety of breakfast is amazing. You can have many Thailand dishes and also western style such as omelets, bread and salad. Highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely go back next time when I visit Chiangmai.

The staff was accommodating upon arrival. They allowed us to avail the delicious buffet breakfast since we won't be able to avail them the following day. They assisted us during our whole stay for requests and looking for nearby massage places. The room and bathroom was clean, organized, and beautiful. The location of the dining near the pool is perfect. Coffee, tea, and snacks are available 24/7. We should have stayed longer.

We were very well received, the staff was very nice and helpful (the 10 out of 10 is for them otherwise it would have been a 9). The rooms were great too, bright, clean, and the beds comfy. The pool area was nice, too. The whole family enjoyed the stay there.

Very clean, high standards, quiet, very attentive staff. Location is good enough for walking to the old city and night bazaar. Breakfast was very good. Not too much variety, but all is tasty.
