When we arrived our bags were taken immediately from us and taken into the lobby. Check in was very smooth and the people at check in were very kind. The room itself was very spacious and modern. The bathroom was very nice in particular. The swimming pool and the general pool area is very cool. The staff around the pool are very attentive and clean towels away as soon as someone leaves. The restaurant at the pool is also good for lunch time and the staff are excellent. The breakfast buffet is as good as I have seen. There are options to suit everyone and the area is very clean and luxurious. Overall, the hotel is very modern and very luxurious and is outstanding value for money. It is truly a 5 star experience and one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. In particular, the staff make the experience 5 star and greet you very warmly and are always eager to help and make sure your stay is enjoyable. Mok was particularly kind and helpful to my friends and I. There is also a golf cart which takes you to the nearby mall which is less than a 5 minute walk.

We liked everything about this hotel: very good breakfast and attention, style and decoration of the hotel is beautiful and very new, location is also good close to BTS station, and room is also very nice (probably one of the best bathrooms we have ever seen in any hotel and standard room). Service was very attentive and kind, we will definitively be back when in Bangkok!

Staffs very attentive; they didn't mind to deliver our online-ordered food from lobby to the room. Also they offered extra blanket and pillow for us (we used the sofa as bed, and they allowed this 😀 ). I noticed most of the reviews stated that it's hard to get grabtaxi, but that's not what happened to me. We easily get grabtaxi from hotel.

Staying at Ascott exceeded my expectation, I was a usual in another hotel in Thonglor before they rebranded and increased the price. I gave Ascott a try, I was mind blown by the attention of the staff, the room and the view. I am glad I found my new favorite hotel in Bangkok. I have a big group of friend we always travel together, we all converted from the other hotel to Ascott now!
