This was literally the best stay we’ve ever had, the hotel is incredibly beautiful and comfortable, the staff is so nice and all the services were simply incredible (cleaning, reception, pool, breakfast, luggage carrier, security)! We are so so happy with this hotel, they really exceed our expectations and made our stay in Chiang Mai more than amazing! Thank you to all the staff team.

The kids club is the best during all our stay hotels in Thailand. Very very spacious, clean and tidy, lots of activities, and various types of toys. My two kids love it. It also has swimming pool for kids. The spa in hotel is amazing. Definitely would recommend to every family trip!

Beautiful environment of the hotel! The staff was really helpful! Good cheap coffee and alcohol. Also realized they had free bicycles to use on our last day there. All these for under 2k baht for 3 nights was exceptional!

Amazing bed, not super firm like most beds in Thailand. Clean quiet and new hotel. Loved the location close to night bazaar.

The Empress Premier Chiang Mai - SHA Extra Plus ตั้งอยู่ในเชียงใหม่ และอยู่ห่างเชียงใหม่ไนท์บาซาร์ ไม่เกิน 1.6 กม. Pleasant stay! The environment is great, and the hotel is located in a relatively quiet area. The staff are very friendly. The room is beautiful and clean. It is about 20 minutes' walk from the old city. Not very close, but it's okay. There are not many kinds of breakfast, but they all taste good. Recommended!

The owner was very nice and helpful. We liked the place with the green garden. The room was clean and comfy, we had a really nice sleep and rest, we liked the bed and the pillows, we had so much energy in the morning. The breakfast was big and very tasty: we had croissant with omelette, yogurt and sticky rice with mango, toasts and drink. We will defined stay again if we come back to Chiangmai.
