Best part is location and everyday breakfast view. Stuff at the reception and restaurant is really friendly and helpful. Radu on reception helped me a lot with my city exploration and museums. My room on 5th floor was really cozy and clean. AC worked great and I had a really good restful sleep. I will use this hotel in the future and will recommend it to my friends. P.S. I appreciate them keeping an eye on my luggage before my check-in and after my check-out. I’ve arrived early and left late.

Irina was so very helpful the next morning when I experienced a minor medical issue and needed to see a Doctor. She made numerous calls until she was able to locate a facility that we needed. She then extended our checkout time until we were able to return to the hotel. You are very lucky to have these two wonderful ladies representing your hotel!
