Customer service great! The front desk person was very kind and informative. My room was super clean better than a 5 star hotel! So big, clean and great vibe!

Located in the center of Bucharest, Conacul Coroanei Luxury Boutique Hotel is a luxury boutique hotel set in a historical building with old architecture, which belonged to general Samsonovici, a good... This boutique hotel was wonderfully unique and in a good location for our stay. A champagne reception was part of a warm and personable welcome. Our room was private, very confortable and well equipped. Our host was delightful and recommended the perfect restaurants and was able to answer all of our questions about the area and give directions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Situated in Bucharest, 2 km from Ceausescu Mansion, Kepler Residence features accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking and a terrace. to be fair I felt like I was at home ...I drank my coffee by myself every single morning at the reception(Nespresso machine open 7/24 to have a coffee) They seem to trust the hotel customers it feels like hotel belongs to you...I can say that it was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in my life. I was afraid to go to the toilet. it was that clean:) Very friendly manager. Not to mention that it is right next to Kaufland if you are grocery lover like me... I was here for the conference, and I felt very comfortable...brand new hotel, beautiful manager Laure said it has been only 4 months they opened.wish you have a lot of earnings <3 Loves, CAGRI

Without a doubt, this was one of my best stays at a hotel. Great location, good breakfast, very clean rooms, close to old town and cozy hotel overall. Emy and Dana were extremely helpful and they were so nice to me and made sure my stay was perfect. They were very cooperative and responsive, and that definitely made my stay even better. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel if you're ever in bucharest
