I wanted to take the time to congratulate Vlad for his incredible good hearted action of finding my personal phone which I had left it in a cab from the hotel to the airport and he has helped to locate the phone and send it via DHL to my personal home. Unfortunately, any other person would not have been so inclined to help as this surpasses the remit of a front desk person in a hotel. I really hope that his selfless action does not remain unseen. Really hope to return to Bucharest and to this hotel to thank Vlad in person. Mulţumesc mult!

I was afraid to go to the toilet. it was that clean:) Very friendly manager. Not to mention that it is right next to Kaufland if you are grocery lover like me...
