Centrally located on Victoriei Street in the heart of Bucharest, Grand Hotel Continental is steps away from the National Art Museum and close to the Athenaeum, Universitate Metro Station, and... Our stay has been great. The levels of customer service has been fantastic, as the staff have gone above and beyond to look after us, and address any concern we had. From the first room, having an air conditioning problem, Daniela took our problem and gave us a great solution. Then the following day, after raising concerns about an item in the room, and outside light at night, Albert stepped up and resolved our issue, exceeding our expectations. I also very much appreciated the small token to help me celebrate my birthday, again, a really nice touch. This is very much a top tier hotel.
