Breakfast was top class and had everything. Gorgeous terrace to sit out on at breakfast. Hotel and room clean throughout. Staff were very professional, courteous and helpful. Top class hotel.

Hotel Capitol sa nachádza v blízkosti Bukureštskej univerzity a záhrady Cismigiu v rušnom centre mesta a má vlastnú reštauráciu. The hotel replied very quickly to our messages before our arrival and they helped us in any way they could after the flight cancellation we had until we modify our dates. Very nice and clean room.They also helped me having a packed lunch at 6am as we were going to be out all day.so didn't have breakfast.
