Breakfast was top class and had everything. Gorgeous terrace to sit out on at breakfast. Hotel and room clean throughout. Staff were very professional, courteous and helpful. Top class hotel.

Hotel Capitol is located close to the University of Bucharest and Cismigiu Gardens in a lively and central area of the city, and features an on-site restaurant. The hotel replied very quickly to our messages before our arrival and they helped us in any way they could after the flight cancellation we had until we modify our dates.
