Boasting chargeable natural hot spring baths, Kobe Bay Sheraton Hotel and Towers is a 3-minute walk from the Island Center Station and 5.6 mi from the Rokko Cable Shita (cable car) Station. I have stayed at this hotel many times on business trips 25 years ago. I was expecting the building and rooms to feel old and worn but I was pleasantly surprised to find a vibrant, busy and updated property giving great service and superb value. They have successfully recast this property as a destination with an authentic onsen using piped in water from nearby Mt Rokko which has proven very popular with Japanese families and visitors seeking a nice getaway with great onsen facilities in a western style hotel with rooms larger that you would find elsewhere. The vibe is pleasant and focuses on tranquility and rest. So happy to see that this property continues to thrive 25 years on. Stayed 2 nights, wish I had time to stay longer. Will definitely return!

Hotel Plaza Kobe is located in Kobe. Guests can enjoy 2 dining options on site, an Innovative French and Japanese-style teppanyaki restaurant. Great hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. They went the extra mile and helped me make a reservation for the bus back to Osaka-Kansai airport. Facilities were clean and well maintained, very comfy room and bed. Toiletries and other amenities were on a table at the front desk, so you could grab all you needed, anytime. Breakfast was spot on! Great buffet with many different options, both Western and Asian. The location is great, just one block or so away from the bus stop and the train station. Congratulations to the staff and manager. This is what hotel experience should be.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. After 40 days of traveling our bodies were quite worn out and the time in the hotel helped us recover since the room had a massage chair, bubble bath and skin care. It was an unforgettable experience since I had never been in a place like this. Congratulations to all the staff.

The room was very large and provided tons of amenities. Bath soaps of different smells were provided in the main lobby for guests to freely use.
