They went the extra mile and helped me make a reservation for the bus back to Osaka-Kansai airport. Facilities were clean and well maintained, very comfy room and bed. Toiletries and other amenities were on a table at the front desk, so you could grab all you needed, anytime. Breakfast was spot on! Great buffet with many different options, both Western and Asian. The location is great, just one block or so away from the bus stop and the train station. Congratulations to the staff and manager. This is what hotel experience should be.
