We enjoyed this hotel. After Elbphihamie, we came back by walking. Room size and condition were big and very good. Also, quite. From walking distance to everywhere in Hamburg. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. 99.5% we will come back later.

This Nordic Swan ecolabeled hotel in central Hamburg features a 24-hour reception, free WiFi and a gym. It is located 656 feet from Gänsemarkt Underground Station. Probably the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at. I particularly like their approach to clean the room on request rather than every day, saves a lot of water and such. Large screen Smart TV, with a little hdmi extension which makes it super easy to connect, shower didn't leak water all over the place, good lights for chilling, good drapes to block as much sun as you want. The staff were very friendly, relaxed and kind, will definitely go again. The gym was actually usable and free of charge, with a bench and dumbbells, a very smooth leg extension / leg curl machine, cables and a pull up bar, although it got a little hot.
