Located conveniently in Hamburg, Novotel Hamburg Central Station has air-conditioned rooms, a fitness center, free WiFi and a restaurant. The hotel was very conveniently located within close proximity of the city centre and local attractions but also was good for transport connections with the metro and train station being immediately available. The hotel was clean nicely kept and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Mario was great help upon checking in and upgrading me to room with a view was greatly appreciated.

Location was nice. All crew was helpful. Room size was great. Also items such as the oven and washing machine in the room were very useful. We arrived City early, and tried to have early checkin. And reception staff helped us for early checkin.

Very cozy, and they prepared everything for my dog, I really appreciated it. The location would be perfect if the construction ended.

The staff was so friendly and helpful and accommodating and answered all our questions. Location was great, right in the middle of everything and also near an amazing bookshop. The bed and the pillows were so comfy. Excellent experience all around.

This 4-star hotel offers modern rooms, an elegant restaurant and rooftop terrace with panoramic city views. Excellent location - right across the road from the central train station! Reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional. Clean and comfortable room. Could not have asked for more for the price. Would definitely recommend. Excellent stay!
