Offering spacious rooms with view, a restaurant with buffet breakfast, and free WiFi access in all areas. It was very nice, room is clean and nicely decorated, comfortable and a lot of space for luggage.

This family-run hotel lies in a quiet side street, located 10 minutes from Cologne Cathedral and just 20 minutes from the Kölnmesse exhibition grounds. It is easily accessible by taking the U-Bahn from Cologne Central Station. There are restaurants, grocery stores and various convenience facilities around the hotel, so it wasn't difficult to get a meal or get the necessary items. The staff also welcomed me very kindly. The room was also clean.

The Conti Hotel is a family-run, modern hotel located in the heart of the Belgian quarter of central Cologne. It is a budget hotel, as long as you go into it with that understanding the staff is super friendly and the location is amazing.

This privately-run, 3-star hotel is in the heart of Cologne, just over 1 mile from Cologne Cathedral and a 10-minute walk from Friesenstraße with its lively pubs and clubs. The breakfast was fantastic! the only thing i didn´t like was the watery coffee but it is a personal taste (I prefer coffee machines of Italian style with cappuccino available). Anyway the choice of cold and hot meals was exceptionally wide compared to another hotel we visited in the arc of 3 days. The rooms spacious enough, with a balcony to the inner side, so quiet! Aircon working, the bathroom somewhat small but perfectly clean and working well. Staff very nice, parking garage just in front of the place around the tram stop.

NunoHotel is located on Barbarossaplatz Square in the Neustadt district of Cologne. It features modern rooms with digital satellite TV. This hotel is not located in the centre of Cologne, but south of the centre, which was very convenient for my trip (attending an event nearby). It is at a junction of several tram lines, so it’s easy to get anywhere in the city. Köln Sud train station is an easy walking distance away, if you’re coming by train from the airport. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English – of course. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Free coffee on arrival was a bonus 👍

Sonata City Hotel Located in Cologne, 2297 feet from Neumarkt Square, Sonata City Hotel offers a shared lounge and rooms with free WiFi access. Large room with a sofa. Balcony with a small table. Gorgeous bathroom. Everything was provided, including towels and shower gel. Plenty of plugs. Quiet.

This hostel is located in the heart of Cologne’s trendy Belgian Quarter, 1.2 mi from Cologne Cathedral and the Rhine Embankment. Hostel die Wohngemeinschaft offers free Wi-Fi and design interiors. I really appreciated how accommodating the staff were. Because of the summer heat, they even provided free cold bottle of water. They also have coffee and tea free for everyone. It was the first time that I saw a dorm room with bed that is double in size. There's light and outlet available for each bunk, as well as curtain for privacy. It was summer when I visited and the room is not AC. There's one fan provided for all 4 bunks, which is not enough, but is also understandable because the weather was kinda unexpected for the city apparently. As a suggestion, they may consider adding a clip fan for each bunk that the traveler can enjoy while tucked in the bed with curtain closed.

ATa & oMo enjoys a location in Cologne, 1.6 miles from Cologne Cathedral and 1.8 miles from Romano-Germanic Museum. The host was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. She also gave me a good explanation on surroundings such as restaurants, cafes etc and made sure that I will have a good stay. The room was very clean and charming. It has almost everything I needed for the long weekend stay. Thank you also for the nice easter chocolate which I found at my door as a surprise :-)

Housed in a historic building, Blue Edition Cologne offers accommodations with a bar and free Wifi in Cologne, a 17-minute walk from Volksgarten Park. wonderfully quirky and fun pad for a short visit. Very comfortable and well laid out accommodation. Easily accessible by metro/tram and taxi. Within walking distance of a good range of cafes, bars, grocery shops, etc.
