Attractively located in Cologne, Art Rock Downtown Hotel features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge and a terrace. The location is perfect for exploring cologne. Great facilities within walking distance and very easy to access the car park. €10 a day discounted price seems very cheap compared to other hotel prices in the area. The rooms are very spacious with a decent bathroom and shower. The wardrobes have space for a lock pad which was a nice security feature. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and spoke excellent english. They provided leaflets for attractions and were great at answering questions. The rooms facilities are basic and practical but the location is invaluable.

Well situated in the Altstadt-Nord district of Cologne, Lint Hotel Köln is located a 6-minute walk from Museum Ludwig, 400 yards from Romano-Germanic Museum and a 7-minute walk from Cologne... The location was excellent - within walking distance of everything. We were on the top floor with a balcony which was really nice. They added a portable air conditioner which kept the room extremely cool. It should be noted that we were 5 flights up without an elevator. I did not have a problem with that but it may be a bit difficult for some.

I recommend the Spießbraten dish. Free drink coin for the restaurant as well. Slightly out of the way of the tourist hotels, so there was less loud foreigners on the street. Clean room, good bathroom. Tap water tasted fine, there was also mineral water available for a price
