Detta familjeägda hotell ligger på en lugn sidogata, 10 minuter från Kölnerdomen och bara 20 minuter från mässområdet Kölnmesse. I travelled from Manchester UK to a gig at Burgerhaus Stollwerck and found this hotel located around 10 minutes away - I arrived at the central station from the airport and caught the 132 bus directly to Chlodwigplatz. I had read on the website that the hotel is painted green and could see it easily! This is such a relief for a traveller who knows nothing of the local language. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, advising me how to get to the venue later. In the morning I enjoyed a complementary coffee and after realising that I hadn't packed as well as I thought I was also given helpful advice on somewhere nearby to buy a cheap T shirt! I'm glad I had enough time to walk around the local area in the evening and the next morning as it's very pleasant - I was impressed by the old gatehouse in the nearby square. The room was very comfortable and good value - I didn't make use of the cafe located next door for time reasons but there were many places to grab food and drinks nearby which I used before catching a tram back to the station for the next part of my journey.

Conti Hotel är ett familjedrivet, modernt hotell i hjärtat av det belgiska kvartalet i Kölns stadscentrum. Bra boende och prisvärt. Trevligt bemötande då vi checkade in. (+ söt tjej i receptionen) Läget är perfekt om man vill vara nära restauranger och party.

Detta privatägda 3-stjärniga hotell ligger i hjärtat av Köln, 2 km från Kölnerdomen och 10 minuters promenad från de livliga pubarna och klubbarna på Friesenstraße. Närhet till tåg, affärer och framförallt restauranger. Frukosten toppen . Personalen väldigt serviceinriktad. Rummet rent och fräscht.

NunoHotel is located on Barbarossaplatz Square in the Neustadt district of Cologne. It features modern rooms with digital satellite TV. This hotel is not located in the centre of Cologne, but south of the centre, which was very convenient for my trip (attending an event nearby). It is at a junction of several tram lines, so it’s easy to get anywhere in the city. Köln Sud train station is an easy walking distance away, if you’re coming by train from the airport. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English – of course. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Free coffee on arrival was a bonus 👍

ATa & oMo erbjuder boende bekvämt beläget i Köln med gratis WiFi och utsikt över staden i närheten av Volksgarten park, Neumarkt torg och Theater am Dom. The host was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. She also gave me a good explanation on surroundings such as restaurants, cafes etc and made sure that I will have a good stay. The room was very clean and charming. It has almost everything I needed for the long weekend stay. Thank you also for the nice easter chocolate which I found at my door as a surprise :-)

Blue Edition Cologne ligger i Köln, 17 minuters promenad från Volksgarten park, och erbjuder boende med en bar, gratis WiFi, en 24-timmarsreception och bagageförvaring. wonderfully quirky and fun pad for a short visit. Very comfortable and well laid out accommodation. Easily accessible by metro/tram and taxi. Within walking distance of a good range of cafes, bars, grocery shops, etc.
