This was a truly beautiful, wonderfully designed hotel with an exceptional staff (special shout-out to Tina at the front desk but everyone was SO helpful and kind. Best breakfast we’ve had in China! Loved the pool!! Bedrooms were beautifully appointed and designed, excellent on-site restaurant and bar. Best place to stay in Hangzhou!!

Well set in the Shangcheng District district of Hangzhou, Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou Westlake East, an IHG Hotel is located 4.7 miles from Hangzhou East Train Station, 6.6 miles from Lingyin Temple... Exceptional service staff at the reception. It is not easy to navigate in China as a foreigner (we encountered, for instance, problems with booking taxi), but the staff at the reception went above and beyond to render help. Truly very grateful, and we have a good memory of a hotel that is otherwise relatively ordinary.

Located beside the beautiful West Lake in Eastern China, Grand Hyatt Hangzhou is well-equipped with fitness facilities, business center and rooms with elegant interiors. This was an utterly perfect stay. The hotel is fabulous, and the staff could not have been more helpful, especially in booking taxis which can be tricky as a foreigner. It was my daughter's birthday, and they made a great effort to surprise and delight her - we were so touched at their kindness. The breakfast buffet was absolutely phenomenal - I cannot recommend it highly enough for variety and quality. Wonderful location. I would love to return.

I have stayed here a couple of times. It is excellent value for money with comfortable, quiet rooms at a good price. Staffe are friendly and the location is 10 mina from the west lake and longxiaqi station.

Well situated in the center of Hangzhou, Fresh House Hotel - West Lake Qingchun Branch provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, private parking and room service. i initially just booked for 3 days , stayed for 3 weeks in the end haha ! very friendly staff and the room was really big, very clean, nice view of the west lake and the city.... can recommend 100%
