This was a truly beautiful, wonderfully designed hotel with an exceptional staff (special shout-out to Tina at the front desk but everyone was SO helpful and kind. Best breakfast we’ve had in China! Loved the pool!! Bedrooms were beautifully appointed and designed, excellent on-site restaurant and bar. Best place to stay in Hangzhou!!

The location of the property is perfect, where it is close to everything. I especially like the optional tour guide service provided by the hotel. Hangzhou is a culture rich city and the attractions are scattered across different parts of the city. It is very time consuming to travel around for a family with seniors and juniors. The driver and tour guide, Mr Quan, customised the route for us and patiently took us around. We got the chance to efficiently visit lots of great places that were not commonly known in Xiaohongshu. With Mr Quan’s help,our trip to Hangzhou went more remarkable. The price of the tour guide service was reasonable and the car used was nice, clean and comfortable. Thank you!

מלון הייאט ריג’נסי חאנגג'ואו (Hyatt Regency Hangzhou) ממוקם ליד האגם המערבי (West Lake) היפהפה במזרח סין, ומצויד היטב עם מתקני כושר, מרכז עסקים וחדרים בעיצוב פנים אלגנטי. The room was spacious and clean. The executive lounge was fantastic for a relaxing small meal, afternoon tea and snack. The hotel location was beside West Lake for a leisure walk to enjoy the beautiful scenery. At the same time the hotel was just next to the busy shopping and dining areas. You will be spoiled by the variety of shops and eateries. I highly recommend it to all visiting Hangzhou !

Set beside the beautiful West Lake, Sofitel Hangzhou Westlake features morden guestrooms with captivating views. It offers an indoor pool, a spa centre and 2 restaurants. Free WiFi access is... Truly 5 star decoration and facilities. The room was excellent.
