This was a truly beautiful, wonderfully designed hotel with an exceptional staff (special shout-out to Tina at the front desk but everyone was SO helpful and kind. Best breakfast we’ve had in China! Loved the pool!! Bedrooms were beautifully appointed and designed, excellent on-site restaurant and bar. Best place to stay in Hangzhou!!

At the same time the hotel was just next to the busy shopping and dining areas. You will be spoiled by the variety of shops and eateries. I highly recommend it to all visiting Hangzhou !
