Canopy by Hilton Hangzhou West Lake heeft gratis fietsen, een fitnesscentrum, een tuin en een terras in Hangzhou. De accommodatie heeft een bar en een Europees restaurant. Het hotel was uitstekend, de ruime kamer, badkamer en faciliteiten waren fantastisch de 2 losse bedden die wij hadden waren zeer ruim (1,4m breed) en sliepen erg goed door het zachte beddengoed ook was de ruime badkamer en complementaire bad en douche spulletjes van goede qualiteit. de lokatie ondanks verkeerd aangegeven op de kaart wat wel een tegenvaller was was ok, het was ongeveer 5-10 min extra lopen dan gedacht maar je liep langs leuke winkeltjes en eet plaatsjes. Het ontbijt buffet is groot en er is keuze uit westers en aziatisch ontbijt, erg leuk om uit te proberen, ook kan je nog veel bijbestellen vers uit de keuken. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam, helaas is de taal een grote barrière (ze spreken nauwelijks engels), dit komt veel voor naar mijn ervaring in china maar met een vertaal app kom je een heel eind waardoor ik dit geen probleem vond.

Hotel is good overall. The staff, especially the cook at the restaurant on 26th floor was much helpful whenever I was in need

If you have any question, just ask them. They will be willing to help.

I have stayed here a couple of times. It is excellent value for money with comfortable, quiet rooms at a good price. Staffe are friendly and the location is 10 mina from the west lake and longxiaqi station.
