Very modern and clean hotel. I like the automation, the design, the comfort of the beds. Staff was very polite but they don't speak english at all. But are friendly enough to use translator to help you with anything. We walked to the West Lake, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes walking. Good location. Many options of stores, food, and shopping nearby at Yan`an Road and Kerry Center. Also, very close to a metro station so we arrived by Fast Train and took the metro right to our place

The style is quite funny British theme combined with Chinese classic furnitures but I found it charming

Excellent location, next to the mall, West Lake and the street where you can find many things. Very friendly staff, amazing breakfast. I definitely recommend staying there.
