The staff, even though not everyone spoke English, made every effort to be helpful at all times and did their best to assist. The food, the comfort of the rooms, and the entire facility were all excellent. I had a truly enjoyable stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting, whether they are looking to combine work with relaxation or simply enjoy good food and a great location in Hangzhou.
