Located within 6 miles of Hangzhou East Train Station and 10 miles of Wushan Square, Vienna Hotel Hangzhou Banshan Shiqiao Road provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Hangzhou.... They gave us free breakfast that was very good. The room and facilities are clean and bed is comfy.

Hotel staffs were very professional and attentive to the needs of customers, and the location is perfect to visit West Lake area, only 10 min walk to the West Lake from the hotel. Restaurant at 11th floor was excellent for a relaxing dinner. Food was delicious and not pricey.

There's welcome music and a control panel for lighting and curtains, which is interesting. The breakfast is decent, I like it. There are a variety of choices, but overall the taste is yummy, the atmosphere is cozy, and it feels like having a home-cooked meal. Great & convenient location. However there are 2 EBO hotels, not far from each other, so be careful not to book a taxi to the wrong one. The staff is nice, but they barely speak English, so a translation tool is recommended.
