UrCove is an amazing trendy hotel in the heart of downtown Hangzhou! Location is the best, facility is very advanced with bidet. Room wall is very beautiful with West Lake theme embroidery. Most of all is their staff! I met a very sweet front desk lady Angel (拾柒). After I mentioned my husband and I are celebrating our 26 year wedding anniversary, she gave us free coffee coupons and 4 days of free breakfast. She also communicated with me on WeChat during my stay to ensure we are happy with their service. The breakfast serving Eastern and Western food which is great! I recommend this hotel when you stay in Hangzhou!

In a prime location in the centre of Hangzhou, EBO Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake) provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. The hotel is very well located (10min walk to the West Lake), the staff is very nice, the room is clean and modern, the breakfast is also vey nice. We benefitted from a larger room without additionao fees which was very much appreciated.

Accepting only mainland Chinese citizens, Metropolo, Hangzhou, West Lake Culture Square is located in Xiacheng district, a 6-minute walk from West Lake Culture Square Metro Station (Line1). But Breakfast was not included

Located steps from Heping Square, Narada Boutique Hotel offers elegant guestrooms with WiFi all over the property. Free parking spaces are available around the site. The warmth and attention to detail of the hotel staff are excellent. We love that they even have turn down services. The rooms were huge even though it was only about 18min by train to the city. Everything we needed were provided and they even had a lovely gift back for our child.
