This traditional 5-star palace hotel occupies an elegant Art Nouveau building dating from 1913, located in the heart of Bern next to the Federal Parliament. Central location, easy to get anywhere on foot. Excellent room service, even drinks brought up to our room. Pet friendly hotel, close by to a park for morning/evening relief. Friendly staff (especially Aristotelis, who is the nicest person we have ever met). Room cleaning twice a day, we certainly did not expect that. Valet parking, they took care of our bags and car needs. Actually nice food, hotels aren't this good usually.

Located in the center of Bern, Hotel Bären am Bundesplatz is only a 2-minute walk from the Federal Palace and a 5-minute walk from the main train station. Great location. Very comfortable and quiet. Slept like a baby! Good parking nearby at Parking Casino - but you have plenty of parking space outside the hotel to drop off your bags.

Goldener Schlüssel is the oldest hotel in Berne’s Old Town; located just a few yards from the Zytglogge tower, it offers free Wi-Fi in all areas, a traditional restaurant and stylish rooms. The hotel is in the city center. I visited interesting places on foot. They also gave me a free voucher for local public transport. The hotel room was comfortable, calm and quiet, the sound of the rain woke me up... there is a beautiful view from the window... in short, it is an extraordinary place.

Just a 5-minute walk from Bern Main Station, Best Western Plus Hotel Bern is located in the center of the Swiss capital, between the French Church and the Zytglogge Tower. Breakfast was very good - overall a good experience

Stay KooooK Bern City - NEW OPENING is located in the heart of Bern, 5 minutes on foot from the train station and a 2-minute walk from the Bärenplatz Square, the Zytgloggeturm clock tower and the... The location is fabulous, this was our second stay. Easily accessible from the train station and in the heart of the old town. Even though you stay in one room as a family, there is a rooftop terrace, a large lounge and kitchen/dining area, and a games room, so you are not confined to one space and can cook your own meals. There is coffee available 24/7. The hotel is perfect for any family traveling through Switzerland. I can really recommend it.
