This traditional 5-star palace hotel occupies an elegant Art Nouveau building dating from 1913, located in the heart of Bern next to the Federal Parliament. The staff (especially Mr. Aristotelis) were excellent. They were smiling to their customers all the time and had great hospitality.

Стаите не са много големи, но имат всичко необходимо. Навсякъде е чисто и подредено. Хубава закуска ,прекрасно кафе. Усмихнат и любезен персонал. Препоръчвам!

Best Western Plus Hotel Bern се намира в центъра на швейцарската столица, между Френската църква и кулата „Цайтглоке“. Централна жп гара Берн е само на 5 минути пеша. Нощувах за една вечер в двойна стая. Стаята беше чиста, топла и шумоизолиранана. Леглото беше много удобно. Общите ми впечатления от хотела са много добри - намира се в центъра на стария град, има комфортно обзавеждане и професионално обслужване от персонала. Закуската е много добра.
