This traditional 5-star palace hotel occupies an elegant Art Nouveau building dating from 1913, located in the heart of Bern next to the Federal Parliament. Central location, easy to get anywhere on foot. Excellent room service, even drinks brought up to our room. Pet friendly hotel, close by to a park for morning/evening relief. Friendly staff (especially Aristotelis, who is the nicest person we have ever met). Room cleaning twice a day, we certainly did not expect that. Valet parking, they took care of our bags and car needs. Actually nice food, hotels aren't this good usually.

Ameer accommodated all of our requests and offered extra help.

Located in the centre of Bern, Hotel Bären am Bundesplatz is only a 2-minute walk from the Federal Palace and a 5-minute walk from the main train station. The location was excellent five minutes to the main train station . The breakfast was nice and hot every moring. i will go back there.

The location is amazing is very near to train station and all the transportation , It is in the middle of the town and the team is very helpful and cooperative gives us a lot of information and direction of the touristic sites .
