It is a very nice and cosy facility, stylish and clean room and bathroom, beautiful garden, very quiet and neat neighbourhood that is super close to the historical centre. Denise is a very friendly host, taking good care of her guests.

Susan is so lovely and I interesting and kind, the perfect host! So easy to get around Bern especially with the free pass we were given for all transportation.

Beautiful central Apartment offers accommodations in Bern, 2.5 miles from University of Bern and 19 miles from Forum Fribourg. The whole apartment is in a beautiful haussmannien family house with a very green private garden. The apartment is not far from the center of Bern, a few minutes by bus. It has a perfect isolation from noise and heat, and therefore very comfortable to live in. My kid also enjoys a lot the garden. The host is friendly, and helpful. They have left many lovely notes in the apartment that could help you navigate in Bern.

Housed in a historic building, One Suite Hotel - Zollhaus features accommodations with a bar and free Wifi in Bern, a few steps from Bärengraben. The hotel was so comfy that it felt like home away from home! The location cannot get any better and is right at the bridge of the Aare river, offering stunning views. Everything you need is at your door step- restaurants for delicious local food, leafy forests for hiking, and beautiful old city centre for shopping/ tourism. The living space itself is beautiful- historic with a modern twist. There is an entrance hall, living room with a comfy sofa, 2 lovely bathrooms with large beautiful modern showers, a comfortable kitchen with a fridge and a coffee machine (which makes delicious coffee 24/7), a bedroom with a closet, a small adjusted tv room, and a beautiful spiral staircase. As per other reviewers, there were a lot of tourists around the hotel during the busy hours of the day, but it did not disturb us. The rooms in the first floor, including the bedroom, are well- hidden from the view. The rooms in the ground floor area (kitchen & living room) have transparent window curtains, which do a perfect job of preserving your privacy, while allowing light inside. The noise levels were minimal on the ground floor and almost non-existent on the 1st floor, where the bedroom is. Towels in the bathrooms were large and soft, and you also get slippers and bathrobes. The place is very clean and tidy with daily housekeeping visits. There also were loads of windows, which was great for airing. Breakfast was good, and was delivered contactless to your door in cute boxes and bottles. It included traditional Swiss selection of regular cold meats, cheeses, breads, fresh milk and yogurts, croissants, granola/ cornflakes, juices, and at times also fresh fruit platters with strawberries etc. Throughout the stay, we felt very welcome and well taken care of- the hotel staff went above and beyond. A special thanks to Sara, and to the rest of the team who have made this stay unforgettable! P.S. Watching bears was also a bonus!

Large room, the garden is beautiful and well setup for having a quiet space, the kitchen is set up with everything required, bathroom and toilet were spacious and clean … Evelyn is very easy to communicate with and was very informative when I arrived and in letting me know when the other room on the floor would be occupied…Evelyn was also very helpful on my last night in phoning taxi companies to book for the following morning… I enjoyed my stay here very much. The location was handy for walking to and from the city, and the attractions that I wanted to see … it is close to the river and a lot of scenic places to see and walk around.. Bern is quite hilly so for moving about with luggage, a taxi or bus is suggested …

In Art Nouveau-style, Apartments Justingerweg is a 10-minute walk from the Old Town, the Clock Tower and the Cathedral. It is a 10-minute walk from Bern Zoo and 328 feet from Thunplatz Bus Stop. This 2 level apartment was amazing! The location was excellent: near public transportation and surrounded by embassies! The host couldn't have been more caring and helpful. The fridge was stocked with water and soda on our arrival, and some chocolate and crackers on the kitchen counter. The kids loved the TV and comfortable living room, and I loved the air conditioning on the upper level. What a delight! I hope to stay here again sometime!
