Rooms with free Wi-Fi overlook 1.5 acres of peaceful landscaped gardens. beautiful Manor House run by a very professional and well experienced couple who ensure to make a stay as good as possible. we loved the garden as well.

In 150 acres of gardens, park and woodland, PowderMills is a Grade II listed 18th-century country house hotel with an outdoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi, near the historical town of Battle. Beautiful place with walks beside the lake and loads of wildlife. Peacocks walk around lording it over the numerous ducks. We have stayed often as we initially used it due to it being dog friendly but even after our dogs died we still go there for the lovely views from the rooms (especially 32) and the restaurant is reliably good. Friendly and helpful staff.
