Rowena and Freddy were an absolute delight, nothing was too much and we were thoroughly spoilt at breakfast. Amazingly comfortable bed , pillows and linen. The hotel is set in a grand, picturesque location surrounded by fields within which is a lake, Beds are very comfortable with French doors opening onto a patio, looking across the fields. An 14th century church is in walking distance, and pleasant walks in the nearby wooded areas. Lovely part of the world, real England.

Every thing. The staff was great. The breakfast was very tasty, the view from our room was to the lake and the forest. There is no better way to get up in the morning and to see this view. Would come back for sure
