An 14th century church is in walking distance, and pleasant walks in the nearby wooded areas. Lovely part of the world, real England.

Every thing. The staff was great. The breakfast was very tasty, the view from our room was to the lake and the forest. There is no better way to get up in the morning and to see this view. The Gazebo in Winchelsea, a property with a garden, is situated in Winchelsea, 44 km from Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park, 44 km from Eastbourne Pier, as well as 45 km from... We had the perfect weekend break at the Gazebo. The location was ideal for visiting many places by car or bike. The Gazebo was cute and cosy and had everything we needed in a lovely quiet village setting.
