Rowena and Freddy were an absolute delight, nothing was too much and we were thoroughly spoilt at breakfast. Amazingly comfortable bed , pillows and linen. Stayed 6 nights and could've stayed longer.

An 14th century church is in walking distance, and pleasant walks in the nearby wooded areas. Lovely part of the world, real England.

The staff was great. The breakfast was very tasty, the view from our room was to the lake and the forest. There is no better way to get up in the morning and to see this view. The country house with a patio and garden views has 1 bedroom, a living room, a TV, an equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are available in the country house. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. We had the perfect weekend break at the Gazebo. The location was ideal for visiting many places by car or bike. The Gazebo was cute and cosy and had everything we needed in a lovely quiet village setting.
